About ShouldIBid

ShouldIBid is operated by Neomite Labs LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). The service is accessible at shouldibid.ai and rfp4.com. These terms govern your use of ShouldIBid and all related services.

What ShouldIBid is — and is not

ShouldIBid provides AI-assisted analysis of government RFP documents for informational purposes only.

Your account

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person or business entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse of the platform will result in permanent account suspension without refund.

Subscriptions and billing

ShouldIBid offers the following plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Scan limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused scans do not roll over.

One scan = one RFP package, including the base document and any addenda added later. Adding an addendum to an existing briefing does not consume a new scan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to ShouldIBid until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@shouldibid.ai within 14 days of the charge.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neomite Labs LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ShouldIBid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost bids, or business losses arising from your use of or reliance on VIN's analysis.

Intellectual property

ShouldIBid, VIN, and all related branding are the property of Neomite Labs LLC. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your briefing.

VIN's analysis output is generated for your use only. You may use it for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute it as a standalone product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ShouldIBid after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
